Before starting JP Professional Services, I worked as an accountant at Citizens Advice. That experience shaped everything I do today.
I supported people through a wide range of financial situations, often at difficult points in their lives. It taught me that behind every set of numbers is a real person with real concerns, and that understanding the bigger picture matters just as much as getting the figures right.
Over time, I realised that accountancy on its own isn’t always enough.
Financial challenges are often linked with stress, uncertainty, or conflict. That’s why I chose to expand my work into mediation, NLP, and life coaching, so I could better support people.
